About The Trek
The Everest Base Camp Trek is one of the world's most iconic adventures, taking you deep into the heart of the Khumbu region. You'll walk in the footsteps of legendary mountaineers like Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay, passing through charming Sherpa villages, ancient Buddhist monasteries, and across high suspension bridges draped in prayer flags. The trail climbs through rhododendron forests and yak pastures to the barren, icy landscape of Gorak Shep, before the final push to Everest Base Camp itself at 5,364m. En route, a side trip to Kala Patthar (5,545m) rewards you with unparalleled sunrise views of Everest.
